Entry is free to Club Members.
Registration and race numbers will be available on Wed Club nights from September or on race days (arrive in good time).
Race numbers are to be retained for all races.
Really good races for first timers, very much social events with runners of all abilities taking part from local East Yorks Clubs.
A buffet is provided at the Ship Inn Sewerby after the final race when prize presentations take place.
