New Website
Welcome to the new website.
After the work of several club members, Aubrey, Howard and Neil, the new site has taken shape and is now ready for ‘public’ viewing. With approximately 190 members the club has never been as big and there is always something going on, so it’s important that there is a good way of getting that information to everyone. On the site you will find all the information you would expect from races and results to news and notices and now we can take it screaming into the modern era with a blog.
Although the content of this section should be pretty fluid* it would be nice to make a note of members achievement and news. As a club we do well to mention/highlight/embarrass members results and achievements at the meets but not everyone is there to hear them, so whatever you have done (or know how well someone else has done!) then let us know so we can note it here. Likewise if you have a race write up, I for one love a good write up, then let us know and we can give it a place on the here.
In the meantime we would really love to hear your feedback about the site and any ideas you may have, just let one of the comitee members know or get in touch through the contacts page.
*read: it will change and be full of all sorts.
